 is a writer based in Portland, Oregon. He manages The Schlesser Company, which provides mouldings and cabinetry to the manufactured housing industry. Schlesser is a Titanic buff (see his essay in An Ear to the Ground) and is working on a collection of essays with the working title: A Study in Failure: The Titanic, Custer, and World War I. Schlesser also edits two newsletters, "The Schlesser Times" and "The Schlesser Review." He is a long time supporter of Cune Press and was instrumental in bringing the anthology An Ear to the Ground to fruition. |
